Welcome everyone, I’m LV, and I’m excited to share that I’m the new owner of MN School of Barbering. From being a student here in 2009 to now leading this institution, I’ve seen the transformative power of barbering education firsthand.
Originally from Brooklyn, New York, I bring with me a rich cultural heritage and a drive for excellence. With a business degree from New York, I’m passionate about fostering innovation and inclusivity in our industry.
As a member of the barber board and a dedicated community advocate, I’m committed to giving back and supporting local initiatives. MN School of Barbering is now proudly Latino-owned, and together, let’s continue to shape the future of barbering. LV is an entrepreneur with 15 years of experience in the barber industry. Certified and meticulous professional Barber with a proven track record of success and customer satisfaction. A successful entrepreneur who can take an idea and create a business plan. Now working alongside students and helping them become successful barbers is something that brings great joy to LV. His passion for barbering has allowed him to be recognized in the community as a staple in the industry.
LV became a board member in 2020 and is one of two BIPOC members on the board. Provide an equitable lens to all actions taken on the board. Joined the board to ensure that there is representation from BIPOC and new barbers that are coming into the industry.

Established in 2011 LV has made LV’s barbershops a staple in the communities. The shops strive for diversity and create a family atmosphere that allows people in the community to connect while providing the best hair services in the cities.
Established in 2018, LV has grown Twin Cities Barber Supplies to be a recognized supplier in the barber industry. The ambition for LV was to create an urban supply store that brings unique styles in an array of inventory options. Top brands along with culture-based home brands provide a variety of options for the barber industry.
